What an amazing day. We just had a little champagne in the kitchen with Paul Bocuse himself.
After eating at Paul Bocuse for many years, my dad is friends with the second in command, and he allowed us to spend some time in the kitchen.

Today we had a lovely bike ride through Roanne. The weather wad twenty degrees cooler than any other day so far, making the ride significantly more enjoyable.
